Lawn Maintenance Services
Our goal is to provide a full range of Lawn Maintenance Services, to meet the
needs of our clients. While the descriptions below cover the basics of each of
our plans, every clients needs will be addressed when choosing and customizing
their services. Whether your needs are for basic 'lawn care and maintenance', or
you wish to have us care for and manage your outside living area - we will treat
everyone with the same level of respect; while delivering quality services in a
timely manner.
We will be happy to come out and perform a no obligation estimate, to meet
your needs. Each lawn and landscape is different, so we do not try and provide
'one size fits all' services. Your estimate will be prepared based upon size of
lawn, services requested, and complexity of your landscape.
All of our services come with the knowledge that we will provide you a
service report, each time we visit, letting you know what we did, and also
indicating what is planned for our next visit.
Our Silver Level of service can be best described as 'Basic Lawn Care and
Maintenance'. It is best suited for those that only need or want basic services.
If you have a Green Thumb, and perform your own maintenance on your lawn and
landscape, but would like someone else to do the ongoing weekly maintenance of
lawn care, this is the service level that you may want.
Silver Level - Basic Lawncare Services
Based upon 36 scheduled visits per year
- Mowing of your lawn
- Edging of walks, patio and driveway areas
- Weed eating (around trees, beds, fences, etc.)
- Clean up (blow and cleanup of cuttings, and misc. debris)
- Identification of trouble spots and recommendations for
correction/improvements
Our Gold Level of service can be best described as 'Full Lawn Care and
Maintenance'. It is best suited for those that want their lawn to look as good
as possible, highlighted by proper fertilization and weed control. If you have a
Green Thumb, but you want to concentrate on your landscape, but would like
someone else to take over the care and feeding of your lawn, this is the
service level that you may want.
Gold Level - Basic Lawncare Services + Additional
Services
Based upon 42
scheduled visits per year
- Mowing of your lawn
- Edging of walks, patio and driveway areas
- Weed eating (around trees, beds, fences, etc.)
- Clean up (blow and cleanup of cuttings, and misc. debris)
- Identification of trouble spots and recommendations for
correction/improvements
Additional Gold Level Services
- Fertilizer Application (typically 3 times annually)
- Pre-Emergent weed treatment (typically 3 times annually)
- Post Emergent weed control
- Annual Soil Testing
- Basic Spring Cleanup
- Basic Hedge Trimming & Pruning (2 times annually)
Our Platinum Level of service is 'Complete Lawn & Landscape' care package -
designed for you. It is best suited for those that want their lawn, landscape
and grounds to look as good as possible, highlighted by a Comprehensive Care
approach. If you want to enjoy all of the benefits of having our Technicians
care for your 'Outdoor Living Areas', this is the package for you. It will be
designed to address what you need in a Comprehensive Care approach, designed to
meet your needs.
Platinum Level -
Basic Lawncare Services + Additional Platinum Level Services
Based upon 48 scheduled visits per year
- Mowing of your lawn
- Edging of walks, patio and driveway areas
- Weed eating (around trees, beds, fences, etc.)
- Clean up (blow and cleanup of cuttings, and misc. debris)
- Identification of trouble spots and recommendations for
correction/improvements
Additional Platinum Level Services
- Fertilizer Application (typically 3 times annually)
- Pre-Emergent weed treatment (typically 3 times annually)
- Post Emergent weed control
- Annual Soil Testing
- Comprehensive Spring Cleanup
- Comprehensive Hedge Trimming & Pruning
- Comprehensive Fall Clean Up
- Fall Leaf Cleanup and Removal (based upon 3 visits typically in
October, November & December)
- Annual Landscape Consultation and Evaluation Report
- Ongoing bed cleanup (includes specified mulch applications)
