– Homeowner not required to be present (but helpful)

Measure and document your lawn and landscape areas

Take digital images (photo’s) of the exterior areas

Perform a Soil ‘jar test’ to determine materials/composition
-
Inspect general health of trees, shrubs, lawns for
recommendations and improvements

Perform basic Inventory Record of plants, shrubs, trees and lawn
type
-
Determine/document ‘non-wanted’ weeds, vines and trouble areas
-
Basic inspection of existing lawn/landscape irrigation (as
applicable)
-
Interview homeowners to determine goals, objectives and problem
areas
-
Determine fertilizer, herbicide and pesticide applications that
have been used
-
Complete comprehensive report on findings, problem areas and
recommendations
Step 2 of 2
– Homeowner required to be present

Deliver comprehensive report to Homeowners and discuss findings
-
Discuss identified problem area’s; goals and objectives
-
Set priorities and review available options
-
Determine next steps, as appropriate
